Simply browse our inventory of 2–6-bedroom properties. Once you find a property, contact Braymor via text, call, or email to set up a tour.
Complete the quick and free online application.
Upon approval of your application, we will setup a time and date for your tour. If there are any questions during the approval process, contact Braymor via text or call to 330-715-3481, or email braymorllc@gmail.com.
Login to the Braymor portal to access the Lease and Co-signer Agreement. Both are available in PDF format. You have the option of signing the Lease and Co-signer Agreements electronically and returning via email to braymorllc@gmail.com. Otherwise, all Leases with Co-signer Agreements should be sent to:

Deposit Box: Located on the garage behind 498 Brown Street, the deposit box faces the side of the garage on Rankin Street next to the Braymor banner.
All Braymor properties are leased on a first come, first serve basis. In order to reserve a location all Lease agreements, Co-signer agreements, and security deposits must be received.
