Since 2005 Braymor Development LLC has provided safe and affordable student housing within walking distance to the University of Akron.
Braymor strives to ensure students have a safe and positive living experience. Braymor pays all utilities, provides free on-site laundry facilities, and off-street parking at all locations.
Typically, Braymor starts accepting applications Oct 1 of each year. This gives us plenty of time to get properties ready for the next move-in.
